Day 7 - Park in Tervuren and heading back to Paris

We took a walk in a park near von der Felsen's house called the Tervuren Park which houses the Royal Museum for Central Africa.  It is perfectly situated in the middle of town and one of the most beautiful parks we have seen.  It borders a forest with reflecting pools, hiking paths and fountains.  It is very grand and spectacular.  The kids found an old tree trunk that fell over and made it their mountain.  There were several people fishing using tents as a place to relax and get shade.  After a short walk the boys on scooters and the girls pushing doll strollers, we caught our train back to Paris.  We had a great time in Brussels!  Got a quick dinner at the Indiana cafe near our apartment, as Jackson and Grace wanted cheeseburgers.  This place was very crowded and they served American food including Ben and Jerry’s ice cream for dessert.  The place was decorated not with memorabilia from Indiana but of different Indian Chiefs portraits. The one photo below is of Kai waving good-bye to us from the train platform.
